Name of the initiative: Training courses for coordinators of specialized teachers for the support and implementation of the Polo Support project
Contact person: Guido Benvenuto
Description: The project activity involves guiding the support teachers of the schools involved to increase their level of school inclusiveness through in-depth analysis of possible organizational models relating to the human and material resources available and, above all, the development of modern teaching methodologies. It is, therefore, a contribution to the development of strategies and use of tools useful for improving the real quality of school integration of all SEN pupils, with a view to their full social integration and a good quality of life. From this perspective, the starting point will be the construction of our functional diagnosis model, based on the ICF, which is the real functional representation of the various educational and didactic processes, the basis for the creation of an effective PEI/PDP that is capable, above all, of involving, in a collaborative way, all the operators involved (curriculum teachers, classmates and schoolmates, family, social/health workers, etc.).

Initiative name: Carrying out research activities for the monitoring and analysis of psycho-pedagogical processes in different classes and learning evaluation methods
Contact person: Guido Benvenuto
Collaborator: Mara Marini
Description: The objective of the agreement is to develop a system for monitoring and analyzing psychosocial processes in classrooms. In particular, the project aims to understand the role of the school climate (understood as that set of relationships that characterize the students' school experience, such as the relationships between student-family, student-teachers, students-peers of school) in the development trajectories of young people. The activities are linked to the collection of data, their analysis and finally their return. The study will in fact be conducted through a questionnaire administered to the participating students which will allow their academic and social well-being to be monitored. During the course of the activities, in relation to their evolution, updates to the detailed planning of the activity program may be agreed between the scientific managers of the agreement, always within the limits of the same. The project includes periodic meetings to report the results between researchers, managers and teachers of the school and other subjects involved in the research agreed between the scientific managers.

Contact person: Guido Benvenuto
Collaborator: Roberta Camarda
Description: The project involves a case study focused on classes of the IC Nino Rota, divided into 2 groups. The experimental group will adopt Debate as a methodology for teaching Civic Education in coherence with the Institute's Civic Education curriculum, will adopt the Debater code of ethics and will apply the evaluation grid provided for by the World School Debate protocol, only to then opt for assessment tools defined collectively, where present. This will presumably allow the classes of the experimental group to form one or two teams, also in rotation with a view to inclusion, which will participate in the National Spring Championship. Periodic meetings are envisaged to report the results between researchers, the school manager and teachers and other subjects involved in the research agreed upon by the scientific managers.
